Returns/Exchange Policy

Due to Covid-19 we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time.

If your item is damaged or there is a concern about a product imperfection, please contact us at onyxandasterart@gmail.com

We accept credit, debit, and email transfer.

If paying via EMT, payment must be received within 12 hours of placing an order. Unless contacted, we will cancel the order after 12 hours, and all items will be made available again on our website. We want to ensure a fair and positive experience for all of our customers.

Canadian and US residents:

Local pickup (YYC) - Free

Shipping on orders under 200 grams - $3.00 Flat rate

Shipping on orders from 200 grams to 2 kg - $15.00 Flat rate

We do not ship oversized items or items weighing over 2 kg *

Oversized items (over 2kg or total 432") will be personally delivered for free in YYC.

If you would like to insure an item being shipped to you, please contact us via direct message or email us at onyxandasterart@gmail.com . Once contacted we will arrange an estimate for insurance cost (Canada Post - based on size and weight) and will send you an invoice for the cost before shipment.
